How to make a claim

Prepare the required documents

Prepare the relevant supporting documents for your claim. The compulsory documents are;

  1. Insurance Policy Schedule
  2. Travel Documents
  3. Proof of Purchase/Ownership

Please be aware that we may contact you for additional documents and information, if those are required.

Submit your claim

Submit the completed claim form and required documents to us within 30 days after the occurrence of any event which may give rise to a claim.
