Prepare the required documents
Prepare the relevant supporting documents for your claim. The compulsory documents are;
- Insurance Policy Schedule
- Travel Documents
- Proof of Purchase/Ownership
Please be aware that we may contact you for additional documents and information, if those are required.
- Photographic Identification
- Proof of Address
- Photographs of Damage
- Proof of Usage (mobiles or SIM devices only)
- Additional Supporting Documentation

Submit your claim
Submit the completed claim form and required documents to us within 30 days after the occurrence of any event which may give rise to a claim.
